I wouldn't worry about any of this. I just had blood work today. I visited with my surgeon and nutritionist. All is well! Interesting enough, neither will set a goal weigh. They both said that goal is being healthy. I'm not sure how I feel about not having an actual goal number. Do you have one? You are going to do great at the service. Just remember that in the end it's not what you say but the feeling you leave everyone with. 😘

Running behind on my videos so this may already be resolved for you but I had the SIPS which is a malabsorbative surgery and I believe the RNY is also. I am taking iron everyday (actually every middle of the night because it needs to be taken 4 hours away from calcium and my thyroid pill) and as far as I know this is for life.
I kinda get a stuck kind of feeling with some meats, especially if it's dry. Particularly with chicken and pork even if they are in sauce. It makes me want to move about and belch like you described. If I ignore the feeling and eat a bit more, I'd be sick. I've never had it lead to dumping though Good luck for tomorrow, I hope everything goes as well as it can do x
