Hope you are well.
I have finally recorded an update video for you all covering 6-9 months since having my gastric sleeve. Please stick around for the whole video as towards the end I react to some older photos pre-surgery.

Nice update. I'm the same height as you and I'm scheduled for my VSG on Oct 20th. You look amazing and I'm glad everything went well for your recovery. About the heartburn, do you feel it will get better over time? Wish me luck!

Very best of luck for your upcoming surgery, I wish you a very speedy recovery! Heart burn is under control now as I pretty much avoid all the things that trigger it eg tomatoes, chocolate etc.
