Gateway Arch | Living St. Louis 

I remember when they were about to build the Arch. I was in grade school & the teachers had us all write our names on some papers that were to be placed in the cornerstone of the Arch when it was being built. Also it was cool to have the stadium that had the arches all around the top. I miss the old Busch Stadium.

my parents took us to St louis in 67 when i was i think 10 years old ,we stay across the river in Illinois , my brothers and myself went outside the hotel and just stare at the arch for a long time, we never went up the arch, but the hotel had post cards of the arch, so i took about 4-5 different post cards pictures of the arch back home down to Arkansas, i am 65 yrs old now, but still have all of them arch post cards in my scrap book
