Get you a cool little z suit from inzer and start there. If you don’t have a spotter or crew don’t go heavy. Shit can go wrong quick if you don’t have help and never used a suit
i started with a single ply deadlift suit and single ply briefs to get a feel for the gear. what was the maximum weight raw, could already be moved several times in gear. next was a squat suit and a multiply deadlifter, as well as kneewraps for squats. I find the bench press in gear the hardest to learn, but you can easily teach yourself that too.
