They look delicious! One of my favorite sandwiches, as well as a cucumber sandwich or an olive sandwich. I think I will give these a try next year. I don't have to have a huge tomato, just want one with flavor which you cannot get at the grocery store and sadly, even the farmers market tomatoes aren't that good anymore. Thanks.
