Your song is graceless At length, I'm losing grip Cough blood up in the stranglehold of all we love Because at best, I'll slip It never works that way A beating migraine I'll show myself out You're a bullet in, a bullet in my You're a bullet in, a bullet in my brain No salutations, 1948 From the top now I materialize, deteriorate I materialize, deteriorate I materialize, I disappear Caution to the wind With smoke and caffeine spins There's sirens circling my youth Thе mess I'm wading in with trauma settling Are wе settling? Are we settling? Tacked up funeral cards The deafening silence of the room that you... That you died in Catholic girls and books of matches burn I felt my stomach start to sink in Like suffocating Suffocating No use fighting it now
Not exactly my favourite track out of the singles they've put out thus far, but I'm sure this song will grow on me in the larger context of the album. A dancy lil ditty never hurt nobody. The album definitely seems poised to be a total banger.
Great song; I understand the concept and the meaning behind the lyrics (after researching them), however, I’m not keen on it’s depiction in this video. Artists have such a huge influence on their audience, and we should convey our messages to them in a clear, but safe way….. especially the younger population who look more at pictures and actions than getting a deep understanding of the lyrics themselves. My fear is, that some young viewer would try and mimic what they see… with potential tragic consequences. But then again, what does an old man like me know 😂. A friend got me hooked to your music.. loving the videos 👍
