Gato Zenberique / gato divali🇲🇺🇬🇧 

Ingredient:-🇲🇺❤️🇬🇧
Gato daal(Zenberique)
250gm daal zenberik/moong/daal gram.
1 big cup water ( I used full cup)
2 big cups A/P flour
3 tbs milk powder
Pinch of yellow food colour (opt)
2 tbs sugar
Oil for frying.
Once daal is ready add the following ingredients:-
3 tbs coconut powder
3 tbs sugar
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1/2 tsp cardamom powder 🇲🇺❤️🇬🇧
