GATORNATIONALS 2024! - Saturday Top Fuel qualifying callout rounds! ALL THE ACTION 

My friends father has done well for himself and he's a huge drag race fan. He pitched in on one of those high dollar suites you see behind the start line. It was one of the coolest things I've done to be up there in the Air Conditioning. Famous people would walk up the stairs leading to the suites and peek inside to see if someone would say "hey cmon in"! That's how I spent the day with Christopher Titus. I don't care for his politics but he's a car guy.

Top Fuel and AA/FC will stay at 1000 feet forever. All other classes are still quarter mile. It's wonderful that Goodyear has improved slicks to take such power. There was a time 10 or 20 years ago when slicks would fail catastrophically, which killed Top Fuel driver Darrell Russell maybe 14 or 20 years ago. And Top Fuel cars don't blow ever any more, which is also good.

@@jimiscnc3750 I tought so, but the comment guy says something at the 1320 mark, and picture showed both topfuel cars with flames out of exhaust. He maybe said it wrong , thanks👍

1000 foot is still too fast so now reduced 800 foot is being discussed, then 1/8 mile in which case there is NO need for such big Motoplex's like this...
