About Gaumukh Tapovan Trek :
Gaumukh Tapovan is one of the oldest and most beautiful treks of our country. Its a moderate difficult level trek which anyone can do with good level of fitness.
Gaumukh is a glacier which is called the source of River Ganga.Tapovan is a high altitude grassland where you see some of the highest Himalayan peaks of our country all around you.
Big Boulders , rockfall zones and steep ascents make this trek a challenging one. Gigantic himalayan peaks like Mt Bhagirathi l,ll and lll, Mt Shivling , Mt Meru ,Kedar Dome and many more make this a surreal trekking experience.
Once you enter Tapovan it's like a different universe you have entered through a portal where you submit yourself to the mountains and come out of it as a pure soul.. Gaumukh Tapovan is an underrated yet one of the most beautiful treks of our country...
