Some government schools have 50 plus kids in a class. So a few assistants per class might be helpful. But employing more actual teachers and make classes smaller might be a better plan.
So what about qualified teachers who are unemployed? Personally this program is a scam to those teachers who went yo school for this. This won't end well😏😏
It is indeed a scam... we have been waiting for appointment letters since last year December. Where we were told we were going to receive them on the 9th December 2023 at Rhema Randburg. Even today, we are still waiting....
