His voice is unique in his own way but his feelings are there just not powerful enough to pull in the audience.. He needs to sound like his heart is breaking because she left.... That is what wins the audience.. If was real life his heart would be crying or trying to get her back with everything he has..

Can the people at the back of the room hear him? The artists voice seems to be too low in sound. Like the sound isn't carrying out past the microphone..
