Don’t worry about his non-musical education it has already begun. He is like a sponge soaking up any and all stimuli. Hopefully, he will have access to an accelerated curriculum to avoid boredom.

I've listened to it at least 50 times today, in fact I've got it playing on loop. I downloaded it too. I which I knew what the name of this piece of music is, if there is a name. He is a marvel and this piece is transcendent.
@@PNZ1267That's not something that you can push. He is obviously gifted. They may encourage this, but at 18 months old, he has an amazing gift. You could go out and try to "push" a million different 18 month old children from all walks of life and I highly doubt that any of them would play this well. Your comment seems like it's out of jealousy. I have 3 children and one of them has an IQ in the genius range & at 18 months old, she never could have done this. Every child is special and amazing in their own way. This 18 month old is far beyond that. He's a prodigy. 😊✌🏻

You must not be a musician then. This was extraordinary. I notice you said almost the same. This 1.5 year old was playing triads and harmonies in rhythm which requires intense concentration and some musical knowledge. He only got out at the very end and it was apparent that he realized that too. I’ve been playing piano for 25 years and I am indeed amazed!

@MortyMark6971If this little boy is doing this off his own bat at this age (vs being hot housed by his parents) then he might have an extraordinary gift. His timing is REALLY sophisticated, as is the air of this beautiful calm peaceful little tune. And he's so immersed in it. I listened to it at least 20 times over while I was reading some of the comments, and it didn't start to grate at all. When you dont go off music after hearing it many times, I think it's because it's very well balanced emotionally, and is the most masterfully composed
Praise God. This baby played the panio as if he has been playing for years but he has only just been born over a year ago. Wow what an incredible sight to see. His musical talents must be in his DNA.

I can’t believe the attention span he has kept , & really concentrating on what he is doing continually. He is making lovely music. How many 1.5 yr. Old babies will really do 3 fingers on each hand, and press the , & not the other 2 fingers, with not only one hand, but both hands. His ability to play all keys, .as cords, not hitting an off note. He is so amazing. He is also loving it, & so relaxed. This is his calling naturally. Let this boy go. He will be going far with his music!!!!! You are so blessed!!!!😁👍🙏

I hope you're recording his playing. These pieces are definitely the bases for new, original compositions. It would be helpful for him to have them in the future. This is beautiful just as it is. Genius!
This toddler is 1 & a half he will be walking, so yes, he will also be sitting up on his own. I have a friend who is a very famous musician & his youngest grandson, who has just turned 2 plays the piano very well.

Where is your evidence that he received his gift from god ? Then if that is true we must also assume that babies with deformities, or sickness, or poverty also was their gift from god. You cannot have it both ways.

Absolutely marvellous! I'm 77 and I was picking out tunes on our old piano at age 5. 30 years later I took rudimentary piano lessons for a while, but didn't stick with it enough. This lad needs every encouragement, but please, no forcing. He might suddenly lose interest. But if he shows aptitude and is keen, with the right age-appropriate guidance he could become a competent pianist.
Same. I was playing Greensleeves before 5. My parents couldn't afford for both my older sister & I to take lessons, so I'd just listen to her. She'd play, then I'd sit & play what she played. I can play pretty much anything by ear on sev instruments, but never did anything w/that ability - not my passion:)
I grew up with a piano in my house. A baby this young will usually just bang, mashing bunches of side by side keys at once. This little maestro is focusing and intentionally selecting piano keys that actually make real chords. Amazing!!
