@@PenneySounds I also think a part of what makes this skit so funny, is it kind of low key sounds like the group wishes this is what a gay wedding was like. They seem kind of disappointed there is no gay presents, they can't pay in euros, they woman don't wear dresses and the men don't wear suits, they can't guess who's gay, no jazz hands or pony shows.
My G-d, this sketch makes me laugh all over again, esp w/ you bearing witness... and bringing us into the scene w/ your periodic fourth-wall breaking glances to camera ; Love it!!!
the setting is in an old couple's home to show that they come from a place of loving ignorance and don't realize how hilariously innappropriate they are
I remember showing this to one of my gay friends and he thought it was hilarious especially the bit about skittles and the gay hymns it’s so ridiculous ,he just had to take it with a pinch of salt.
