So for example, the Speaker should understand what the per minute cost is for running Parliament. The Auditor General should be able to provide the figure. Then, when this is known, the Speaker should be able to impose a per minute reduction on the salary and benefits of the person causing the problem or showing the disrespect... after all as citizens we expect these people to properly use their time.
Gayton did his time. So he should not be called bandiet. He has no pending cases. His a free man. He has the same rights and privileges as everyone else in parliament.
