Common sense dictates that the death toll is very much higher. The hypocrisy of the outrage over the hospital attacked in Kiev, fully justified outrage, compared to the complicity and silence re similar attacks in Gaza is nauseating.

Every time I hear Biden rant about "evil" Russia and "poor" Ukraine and how "important it is" to "defend" Ukraine from Russia's "violent assault" I like to replace: "Russia" with "Israel", "Putin" with "Netanyahu" and "Ukraine" with "Gaza" to point out America's and Western media's massive hypocrisy, which is just sickening beyond words.
It's true, im from Gaza, and i know many people who died as a result of lack of access to health facilities, they wouldn't have died otherwise if Israel didn't destroy the health sector in Gaza

All those needing dialysis or cancer treatments, needing medication for diabetes, blood pressure, heart problems...they've had ZERO treatment or medication AND have had no water or regular food so they're dehydrated, hungry and sat in a tent, on a beach, in 100 degrees heat. They're collapsing and dying cos there's no hospitals, ambulances OR medication. It's DISGUSTING

I also seen an interview with a doctor outside the hospital in central Gaza yesterday on Al Jazeera. He was from the US and beyond his obvious description of the horrific scenes he said people with diabetes were dying for lack of basic medication amongst other things. We are all to blame !!
It is. Just imagine the difficulty to find drinking water and food. Like... How do still so many survive outside the few spots where sometimes food is distributed?? Anyway definetly many many dying without notice and being killed directly by israelis also without notice. But most people on x when I still argued there... They either believe the Hamas figure is about correct or too high. 😢
And to top all that and show the complicity of the west, the US is hosting Netanyahu to speak before congress and will probably get a stand ovation. What a shame!

Those who have seen the body-parts of their parents, siblings, or friends splattered on the ground will never be able to un-see that horror. I keep seeing repeating the numbers from months ago, even though people have been dying continually the whole time. The numbers have to be higher than is being reported.
