3:02 as a responsible media I think you should've read about the 'UL' label (written above Made in India). The mark is given to ELECTRONIC and MEDICAL devices etc. not the missiles. Since the place where this was found was in hospital area, it should've been any medical equipment which was made in India and was used by the hospital.
