There should be proper timeline of notification by all the recruiting bodies whether it is KSSRB,DSSRB ,LSSSSB or for the gazetted posts.It's been more than a year since the last exam conducted by the SSRB's or SSC.Lag of timeline brings anxiety and frustration to the students. The media persons should do PC not only regarding Gazetted vacancies but also regarding all the upcoming examinations in Ladakh.
The Youth are frustrated. Many of us are getting demotivated each passing day. We are not even getting a chance to offer our candidature for the prestigious gazetted post. On top of that we are not seeing the government and UT Admin. doing anything....Ladakhi youth is helpless
Wakeup wakeup leaders of UT Ladakh....find solutions for gazette recruitment process for aspirants, don't play with us we are not kids....if you people can't solve this burning issues tell us directly don't gave us hope....😢😢😢
Kindly conduct an interview with the LG, an advisor, or the secretary regarding the schedule for gazetted job recruitment and expedite the reservation process for Ladakhi students. In the next meeting, the KDA and the Apex Body of Ladakh must strongly demand from the center the reservation rule for Ladakh based on the LRC for gazetted posts.
It is the legitimate duty of our new MP to put up the issue with the central government vigorously and also Apex and KDA who have rejected the proposal earlier offer by central government.
Really this is an disappointing situation for the students of UT ladakh, actually we ladakh people are so gullible that we easily trust on the false assurance of central government and UT administration, that is their trap to exploit the respectable and responsible youth, why they are not advertising the post, why our funds are lapsed why 6000 coror are not utilised properly, why our existing council are disempowered, many wrong things is going that should have to be addressed , these big fishes exploiting ladakh, six year is over yet now no single gazetted post is recruited 🤔😲 it is mater of concern, actually our fundamental rights are violated (Art 16) , we should have approach High court /Supreme Court to resolve both reservation issue and recruitment issues for immediate recruitment, we forget our right to protest, we have to collaborately work with both district to rise our issues like what we did earlier, all ladakh youth organisations should talk for mass protest for our future... Plz don't sit like idol🙏🙏
Leaders are fighting for their seat and we youths aspirants were suffering in between. This issues will only solved when all the stakeholders sit together and become a one voice and let the centre know about this issue as Ladakh comes among the highest graduate unemployment in India….
