Every sensible Naga by blood should come together and start supporting GB Kahuto if we want to save Nagaland. Instead of sitting in our homes and giving a like or just commenting let us all come together and rally behind this man.
I'm eagerly waiting for him.... please interview him twice in a week for different issues of Nagaland...... please don't forget to ask the issue of unemployment students teachers (B.ed)..... there are thousands of students who have already completed b.ed course but so far there is no advertisement especially Art's students 🙏🙏
Really appreciate you Sir GB Kahuto. Requesting the media and this is from the bottom line of the Naga society, hear out our voice. Please ask Sir GB Kahuto to highlight the issue of Reservation andCreamy layer should not be given a reservation in Govt. Jobs and even the court says. Thank you
Young Nagas needs education like this more often... knowledge about our Naga Customary Laws and its usage is very important so that future young Naga Leaders knows when and where to draw the line when the Constitution and Naga Customary Laws come into conflict.... Unlike our present Leaders!
Hay bro...my Curiouscity, I'm not trying to be rude or judge any my opinion wat if u, Get an attached mic or mic stand ur hand much be stressful, it's a long interview... I really appreciate ur hardwork bring out various topics.. Keep it up bro
GB Kahuto, I totally agree with you in ways in which our Naga people use "Customary Laws randomly without even understanding what it is. It would be interesting to hear GB Kahuto's views on the question of inheritance in terms of the Naga customs and traditions, and why there is gender discrimination? As well, could GB Kahuto talk about Naga men's/women's identity (the concept of identity is complex, which I understand), who are married to non-Nagas in terms of Naga tradition, (or Customary laws if there is one)? In what way can one compare and contrast marriages with non-Nagas with inter-tribal marriages? Is there any identity discrimination (this is about Naga men/women, and not about gender fluidity) in terms of mixed marriages, and if so how would you, GB Kahuto, explain this issue through the lenses of Naga Christianity, and from your Biblical perspective?
If sir Kahuto sees this, Iam longing for an answer. According to article 20(2), it states that no person shall be prosecuted and punished for the same offence more then once. (Double jeopardy). So if a person is proved guilty and punished through tribal law,can he be punished again under Indian legal law for the same crime that he/she has committed?
Full support to Kahuto ji on this issue customary law should be removed from Nagaland or there should be a common customary law to prevent people from misusing it. Customary law is also like a stumbling block to Naga unity.
Nagalamd state govt. need not dissolve villages council authority nor it is necessary to dissolve the same. Of course, in certain situation the district administration dissolved the village council, and thereby issue directive to elect or select new village council chairman gaobura's and village council members.. In fact, the village council play important roles in many ways.... Ame baba village village council chairman noohoi de.. Nyum koise. 🇮🇳🙏🇨🇩
If village councils can misuse its law by interfering on election votes, ex-communicate candidate or its supporters, then all VDBs chor, govt officials Chor, ministers chor, should be put under Padaak Ki 😅 (jail), under naga costumery law. We can't differentiate between truth and lies, naga costumery law & Indian law, India/world way of election for development & Village administration/Law & justice/development.
What you want him to do??? Why don't you put into practice on whatever he teaches or preaches, or are you agitated that your relatives are chors of village funds? Or misusing power???
If Village is not recognize by the indian government, there cannot be village council, if the village is recognize by the Indian government there can be a village council elect within the term of five years, inshort way, in order to carry out the government fund and schem whic the government provide to village etc. Therefore Government cannot dissolve the council in recognize village.
Bro It's a good video , keep it up. But I think you need a wireless mic. Instead of holding a microphone , it's seems like both of you're so close that you are about to kiss
