This video contains two recent matches I had with the LV1 and LV2 Gundam GP00 on Gundam Battle Operation 2. It is a 500-550 cost support with high DPS, a special AoE radome that spots enemies for 30 seconds while also boosting your ranged damage dealt, decent mobility and a fast downswing animation. It suffers from long overheat times, mediocre stagger accumulation and short range when not using MPIWS. This suit is pretty fun to me but I feel like it is lacking in some important areas. It is great to use if you want to totally counter stealth suits though. I hope that you enjoy watching!
The primary weapon of the GP00 is a beam rifle with 1900 power, 4 seconds cooldown, 80% heat, 15 seconds overheat, 1 second swap time, 500m range and 40% stagger value. This has just average damage before activating the MPIWS but it does not need to stop to fire and instantly staggers.
Its primary melee weapon is a pair of beam sabers with 2100 power, 2.5 seconds cooldown, 0.77 seconds swap time, 60% side swing modifier and 75%x2 downswing modifier. The damage seems average at first but type advantage means that this hits generals quite hard. The downswing is fast which makes confirming it easy, though the length of the animation means that you cannot follow a downswing with another downswing.
Its first sub weapon is a vulcan gun with 100 power, 60 ammo, 600 RPM, 11 seconds reload, 0.5 seconds swap time, 150m range, 1000 DPS and 2% stagger value. This is practically impossible to stun with and the initial range is low, but the DPS is high for a vulcan gun. Once MPIWS activates this gains 250m range, tied for the longest range of any vulcan. This is a good option to use when your allies are already handling the enemies or for when you need to get more damage after a stun.
Its second sub weapon is a shoulder beam gun with 125x2 power, 15% heat, 300 RPM, 18 seconds overheat, 0.5 seconds swap, 300m range, 1250 DPS and 8%x2 stagger value. This overheats in 8 shots but needs 7 to stun, making it difficult to avoid overheating with. It is your best stagger accumulation option though, so make sure to use it when you need to break MA.
Its third sub weapon is a discharge mode beam rifle with 700x5 power, 100% heat, 30 seconds overheat, 1 second swap time, 500m range, 4 seconds focus time and 50%x5 stagger value. This has high stagger value, damage and range, it also pierces. It doesn't instantly stagger so it can be tricky to use, but the damage potential is good.
Its fourth sub weapon is an MPIWS radome with 100% heat, 25 seconds overheat, 0.77 seconds swap time, 450m range and 30 seconds spotting time. This spots every enemy around you in a 450m radius while also increasing ranged damage by 20% and weapon range by 100m for 30 seconds. This raises your damage to pretty ridiculous levels but comes at the cost of disabling your radar, ASL and Observational Data Link after usage, until the MPIWS finishes overheating
The GP00 has 16000 HP, 18 ballistic resist, 20 beam resist and 16 melee resist. This isn't the greatest amount of bulk but it isn't awful either. It has a 15% damage reduction back buffer and waist buffer which helps a little bit with survivability.
It has 125 walk speed, 180 boosting speed, 70 thrust and 57 turning speed. This is pretty solid mobility for a support, improved further by having LV1 Forced Injector.
In conclusion, I feel that while the GP00 potentially has high damage output, it is definitely lacking in the instant stagger and stagger accumulation department when compared with other supports. The mobility and melee could also be a little better. I think that it should get 4% stagger value on the vulcans, 10%x2 stagger value on the shoulder beam guns, 20 seconds overheat time for the charge beam rifle, LV2 Forced Injector and 2 seconds cooldown time for the melee. The damage output is pretty great, but other supports have great damage plus good stuns, so this might even the playing field a little. I don't think it is a bad suit, but definitely be wary of its weaknesses before taking it out. Thanks for watching, and I hope that you enjoyed it!
