I recently got the banshee but unfortunately I’m not a natural with raids as I tend to rely more on its range weapons a bit too much and always forget to use its vn arm weapon
Recently got Banshee during my penalty a few days back. Are the painting slots the same as unicorn? 2:38 that Sazabi did not want to go down after two downswings!
I honestly wouldn't mind banshee being better at mid range if it meant getting rid of the ability to combo into the heavy attack lol. Absolutley can't stand that nonsense hahaha
Banshee is also my darling raid on PS. I cannot play as well as you do, so I tend to be a bit more "conservative" in my approach: never use charge attack, just the regular ones to save on boosting gauge. It feels so good to watch your charge attack land!
out of all the raids that could be on the enemy team, as a Dag Doll main, I'll either has an easy time or I wont be playing. there no in between. But I'd rather see a banshee than any other raid at the cost. Its a bit more predictable with their approach. great match!
@@quasideificalpaca We'll just agree to disagree. If you've made it A and up in rated you should know the meta. A dick move is picking 2 supports on a cqc map and feeding the opposing teams 2(TWO!)raids kills.... Which we see in this match here.
@@Thus_Spoke_Z then again disconnection penalties stack hard. The teammates can be insufferable sure, but if you'll lose rating from disconnecting anyways why not play the round?
@@quasideificalpaca I would maybe consider it if my rating is ever less than "GOOD". But I don't lose much. Lesser rewards and having to play Rank to bring it back up, which I already play anyway? Sorry just not worth it to me to play a match I'm going to lose points vs at least re-rolling for a better team comp.
Banshee my beloved 😍and soon to be Norn my beloved 😍- This thing is absolutely one of the best melee suits in the game, maybe even straight up THE best considering NT-D Priority 4 (Would have been considerably hilarious if it could clash with HA's on regular swings in NT-D) and the buffer ignore on all of the claw's attacks with its relatively low cooldown and massive modifiers, including the HA of course. It having very minimal mid-range presence was fine a while ago, but with them adding so many suits that either excel very hard in ranged (FF Saz, Phenex, etc.) and suits that excel in close -> mid -> long (FUCKING STEIN and also Phenex to some extent with its bullshit downswing animations) it needs to probably get some changes around its Armed Armor BS. My first buff idea would be to make the discharge version less restrictive, LET ME WHIP THAT SHIT AROUND. It's actively almost at the peak of MS weapons and that shit breaks your shoulders when you shoot it. Being able to boost with the regular smart-gun would also allow Banshee to be more actively aggressive, especially when combined with the top tier vulcans. I still don't think these buffs would make Banshee overpowered, but it would allow it to push into its game-plan much much faster than otherwise. Good video as always, love to see my boy Banshee putting in the work.
Now wait for Norn to be a general like Unicorn but with the 30 HP per second NT-D drain like regular Banshee, but it still has Awaken mode lol. Making the primary able to be fired while boosting would be kinda nutty, cause think of what Sinanju needs to do for that. It wouldn't insta break MA but still, imagine boost shooting primary>claw neutral heavy stun>saber neutral downswing>roll into confirmed heavy attack.
I have the parts at the beginning of the video. The priority is to reach 40 or more in beam and melee resist, then you buff up your thruster gauge. After that you can buff melee damage if you have slots left over.
Maybe not. I think Stein needs nerfed before Banshee. If Banshee were to be nerfed then it would only need to be by increasing the heavy attack focus time by one second, so it couldn't combo into it.
if they did this i would hope they change the animation or damage because a static, short range 400% swing is pretty shitty compared to other 700 heavy attacks. i think it was honestly made and balanced around being able to confirm it.
I don't they will its been out for sooo long everyone who been playing the game for that long has dealt with this unchanged at this point i assume everyone just got gud and teamwork became prioritized
