This video is a recent rated match I had with the LV2 Zaku II FZ (Fritz Helm) on Gundam Battle Operation 2. It is a 300 cost general with great durability, good melee damage, two stuns, two rolls and ridiculous counter tackle damage. Its only real weaknesses is that its ranged damage is lacking and that its head is super ugly. I feel like this match went really well apart from the first life which went horribly. I managed to get many counters off on the raids this match which allowed me to get really high damage. I hope that you enjoy watching!
The Fritz Helm Zaku can choose between the Zaku bazooka or MMP-80 (GN) for its primary weapons. The Zaku bazooka has 1250 power, 10 ammo, 6.7 seconds cooldown, 12 seconds reload, 1.7 seconds swap, 375m range and 80% stagger value. This is really just your standard stun weapon. It has lots of ammo and decent cooldown time so you can combo it into your melee.
Its primary melee weapon is a heat hawk with 1600 power, 2.5 seconds cooldown, 0.5 seconds swap and standard melee modifiers. The weapon itself has mediocre power but the high melee modifier of the suit itself makes the damage good.
Its first sub weapon is a sturmfaust with 1700 power, 1 ammo, 15 seconds reload, 3 seconds swap, 200m range and 80% stagger value. You can't really combo this directly into your melee since it has a long discard animation after firing. You can combo this into bazooka and then melee though for a double stun while closing in.
The Fritz Helm Zaku has 14500 HP, 11 ballistic defence, 7 beam defence and 12 melee defence. It has incredible HP for 300 cost which makes it very hard to take out. You can stay up frontlining for much longer than your average 300 general. You also have a whopping 30 melee modifier which makes your melee and counter tackles do immense damage.
You also have 125 walk speed, 175 boost speed, 65 thrust and 57 turning. This is all fairly average for the cost so you won't have too many issues with mobility.
Your skills are where the suit truly shines. You have LV2 Emergency Evasion, LV1 Anti-Blast Stabilizer, LV3 Leg Shock Absorbers, LV1 Balancers and LV1 Melee Combo Controller. This is all pretty great for this cost range, especially the two dodge rolls. You can have an advantage in every fight you are in if you enter them with full thrust.
A very strong aspect of the suit is its strong counter animation and LV4 Enhanced Tackle combined. Your tackle is buffed to 1170 melee power while your counter animation is 3000 power with long restrain time, this equals to 4170 power on counter tackle which is superior to even the Kampfer or 4 star MS. If you counter tackle, neutral downswing and then tackle again you can even kill squishier raids in a single counter. This is especially powerful if allies are nearby to guarantee the kill. You should always be looking for raids trying to melee allies to easily destroy them off a single counter.
Overall I think that the Fritz Helm is a very simple but incredibly effective suit. It's basically the standard Zaku frontline general concept but taken to its logical conclusion. It is both easy to use in the hands of a newer player and powerful in the hands of a more experienced one so I wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you for watching and I hope that you enjoyed it!
