On bike nutrition is a pretty exact science, as Matt found out. The guys at SiS use a specific type of carbohydrate which enables it to be absorbed as quickly as possible. You can generally find energy gels in a variety of fruity flavours but, at the special request of Dan, we decided if it was possible to make a more malty, hoppy variety.
