Thank you so much Sir. My GCSE exam was today and after watching al your videos, I certainly did not forget the method (especially plan) and also making sure that a variety of punctuation was used. I was able to confidently answer the paper as a speech and formal letter came up. Thanks again! God be by your side :)
+Avneet Dahal yep. For the language paper just revise all the techniques and the way to write it using these videos youll get an A. And the other paper just know how to chat about the poems comparison amd contrast. For the essay questions just learn the major key quotes. Possibly is the worst advice but i didn't revise for any of the two english and got two A's just by learning major quotes and watching this video i achieved.
i found this example from past igcse papers: You have been asked to write a report for the school magazine about ways of using less water. In your report you must: • give one reason why we should use less water • give two ways of using less water in the home • give one way the school could use less water. You must write between 100 and 150 words only. isnt this supposed to be an article?
This is very useful, however, my teacher says that when writing a report, I shouldn't be objective and include myself in the report. Do you think that I should include my own opinion?
My English teacher gave of this instead of teaching us. We spend a whole lesson doing nothing so now I have to make notes on this as homework and I have a test about this tomorrow... school sucks.
Hi! Sorry if this is slightly irrelevant, but regarding the dialogue "genre" (is it a genre?) is it structured like a play dialogue? Or is it just like an excerpt from a novel, with the dialogue embedded? Also wanted to thank you for all your videos :) They're an absolute lifesaver!

Hey, when you do the planning do you write it on your A4 paper sheet at the top which you write down the rest of the answer on, or the question booklet?
My English teacher has taught us differently to how you structure your review. We've been taught that if you're writing to an audience then the structure of the report should be set out like a letter without the addresses but if your writing to an editor for example, then the report should be set out like an article. Do you think this is correct?
