It feels like I’m throwing up gang signs

I "learned" this last year and was so upset that i didn't understand, everyone did and moved on to the next lesson after a class test. I asked the teacher again and again but he got fed up of seeing my face. I didn't do well in that test. A year later and someone said this might come again so after crying over my textbook for several months, i came here. Thanks. When i saw your hand on the figure i thought *yes* that was my question to the teacher i couldn't explain. I had so much difficulty trying to explain my question. Everytime the teacher explained i thought 'hm that's not what i asked for, i already know that' and i think i get it now, phew! I can't find the right hand rule here, please make one, please! THANK YOU
