GD&TOP album, M/Vs were all taken down due to the Playboy logo which they didn't get permission to I believe. After that they changed the album cover into a heart-like shape. The original album cover was the Playboy logo but fancier.

GD and Taeyang met at YG a few years before the others joined and become really close. They also attended the same school since then. GD and TOP were neighbourhood friends, and are also very close. Their album GDXTOP is great rapping and lines, but they also had fun with it. A fav of mine from the album is Oh Yeah! Feat. Park Bom. Maybe you can add that mv to your list? Btw, Jimin is dancing with some female dancers in his latest MV. Not really sexualised though. I think BIGBANG got grief from some elements in Korean society for some of their expressionism, so i think maybe the management of later male groups took note and became stricter about what they could do.

It's sweet to hear the extent of the friendship between the members 😍 We will definitely add "Oh Yeah!" to our list 😘 Yes, Jimin/BTS does/do dance with female dancers, but the female dancers are members of a co-ed dance troupe - the troupes are never all-female, nor are they ever sexualized or dance one-on-one with Jimin/BTS. It makes sense that this is a direct result of BIGBANG receiving grief for doing just that. We frequently talk about BIGBANG influencing later K-pop acts, and this is certainly another example of that 💁‍♀

The initial logo was supposed to be a handkerchief that looks like a bunny but the problem was the silhouette used was based on the playboy logo. That's how it ended getting criticised. I honestly don't get what's up with the design team back then, its like they hired a company that plagiarize works. I think that also happened with one of Taeyang's old MV. They added one part of a graphics that's very similar to Usher's MV.

Being an IDOL in South Korea means trying to be PERFECT. A conservative BARBIE and KEN of South Korea. Too perfect. Too amiable. In one simple word... they should be robots. That's how idol fans want idols to be like. Another type of artist that can do what BIGBANG does is the Korean hip-hop community. They can actually do more crazy stuff than BIGBANG. Still, for an idol group, BIGBANG really just went out there and created a different kind of idol. The kind of idol that grown men and women can relate too.

thank you for the reaction ❤❤❤ Bigbang already at that time could do whatever they wanted. and it was a great answer to all pointless hate and rumours. GD was already known as a genius producer and songwriter, bigbang was already highly criticized for anything and everything... they have a variety of songs on that album I love "Baby goodnight" GD&Top, little reminds me of the "Cafe", ageless music 🥺👑💛

Ji and YB joined YGE at the same time, they were 12 years old (13 Korean age) they trained together for around 5-6 years before the others came to YGE and became Bigbang. Ji and TOP met in middle school, they were neighbourhood friends until Ji and his family moved away. I think because of what they went through at a very young age and for a long time Ji and YB are actually more bonded to each other. They have both said that they will be in each other's lives till they die 😭😭 I love their friendship
