Kelsey and Joey seem like such lovely, down to earth people! I’m rooting for them and think it’s great that they’re in couples therapy. He was definitely my favourite Bachelor, and it was one of the best seasons ever!
Nick, I have not been the biggest fan but I must say your interview skills are on point. Asking Joey why he moved to Hawaii, asking Kelsey about her job…stuff that shows a genuine interest in your guests and not just reading questions off a card.
Just some feedback re: Jenn’s men segment….If you guys are going to do cast breakdowns and predictions you really have to put their faces on the screen. I will skip through those 100% of the time if I can’t see what or who you’re talking about. Guessing I’m not the only one.
I really had to Google Steve Harvey in case there's another one I'm not aware of 😂. Or like, you know when a celebrity's name sounds like another celebrity and when you hear it, you think of the other one and not the one they are talking about? She really had me thinking I was crazy 🤣. But I love it for Natalie ❤
Regarding the caller: From everything I’ve heard the boyfriend seems sus/shady, the caller seems oblivious and I’m cautiously leaning towards the protective friend!
Right?? Even based on how the woman was speaking about the situation, I felt worried for her. And for her friend to take such a big stand? I just feel like that’s concerning for sure. The advice they gave stressed me out 🫣
I got the vibe the caller left out vital pieces of that story. The likelihood of a jealous friend of 15 years versus the caller giving VALID concerns to the friend and the friend correctly judging the guy is a lot more likely.
It’s so interesting to see how Joey didn’t know where Kelsey was at and was scared abt her feelings bc she was so open in her testimonials I thought she was too open almost like obsessed w him and daisy was the one who was holding back but wow it’s interesting to see maybe she wasn’t as open w her convos w him
I think this is my fav interview of Joey & Kelsey, I loved the questions! like I was really curious about them outside the show/filming (like the shows they're watching, her job, their relationship so far and stuff) so this was great and gave really good insight into them as a couple. wish them the best!
Kelsey and Joey were meant to be together, everything fitted with them since the first episode… Love them, plus Joey looked simple and humble, the same with Kelsey, they both beautiful ppl.
The ‘ ick’ answers had me dying! Joey and Kelsey were candid and real. Wasn’t expecting them to be so open. Nat and Nick are hilarious, as always. Fun interview.
Hi Kelsey! I was also burping excessively before I was diagnosed with celiac disease. You mentioned that you're gluten intolerant, so I would look into getting tested for celiac but make sure you're still eating gluten for the test to be accurate. It's difficult to test for but you can start by asking your doctor for a blood test to see if you carry the celiac genes. I hope you get it figured out & wish you both the best!
These two along with the GB have renewed my faith in the franchise. (Don’t screw it up Bachelor) Not to jump ahead but the babies are going to be gorgeous ! Congrats!! ❤️
I enjoy Nick’s self-deprecating humor! So much ego in this world and it stands out when someone doesn’t take themselves too seriously. There were several moments Nick had me laughing out loud and this interview was so great! 👏
Natalie, I relate so much regarding comments on who a baby looks like. I had no idea how annoying those comments were until they were directed at my baby. I've since sworn I will never make comments to the parents about who a baby looks like.
I think some folks forget Eva Mendes also stopped acting around the time her mother and brother were diagnosed with cancer and essentially began caring for them herself according to Ryan. Her brother did pass away but she was his sole caregiver during his fight against cancer. That and the kids made her want to stay home.
@@laurenpylant897 she also expressed the roles werent interesting that she was receiving from studios. So it about what industry was offering her which she wasnt much. Its her preference. Her mom was living with them and she is her caregiver.
These two...my goodness. I am so in love with them and their adoration of one another. I also fell for Kelsey and her ravishing beauty, sparkling personality, vulnerability, and energy! I am rooting for them to go the distance!!!
I’ve been told that babies always come out looking like dad at first as an evolutionary tactic to get the dad to stick around and protect their offspring spring
I absolutely loved your interview of Joey and Kelsey. Great questions and the more realistic view of tv reality shows. Great to see the job side of Kelsey and the fact that they do not have all rosy views of perfection . Greatest interview I have seen. By the way Nick your wife is gorgeous!!
Loved this episode but Natalie going off about how people shouldn’t tell parents that their child looks like the dad…what? Idk if she was joking but she didn’t come off like that at all & repeated it several times & sounded almost irritated during that exchange. That was so weird.
I am sure she is mostly joking but I can relate, when my daughter was 7 weeks and my entire world at the time, when people would say she looked like her dad I would growl a bit--also acknowledging that it was post partum hormones
yeah i thought that was wild.. i’ve seen such a weird trend with millennial mom’s being super possessive, even with their husband/the dad of the baby and it’s definitely giving that energy to me
Nick and house hold this was such a cute episode!! I’m such an avid watcher this might be random but do you think you’d be able to get Miley Cyrus on here love how much she’s grown through out the years what are the chances? 😂 Love you guys
When joey barely says “I’m joking” after Kelsey says it when talking about dua lipa… is he making an “I Think You Should Leave” reference?! Cause I really hope so🤣
That was awkward @1:13:18 when Kelsey shared that he has bunions and Joey said 'Oh, not my biggest insecurity...' Gosh Kelsey seems young and a bit insensitive. I'm sure she didn't mean to do that but yikes. And then afterwards the body language changes and they stop holding hands.
So many people comment on the Huberman article without reading. I thought the same until I read it. He does far worse than what’s being discussed. He makes Sandoval look like child’s play.
4:30 The Bachelor will forever have lost out by not casting Tyler C as the lead and not negotiating for a price everyone agreed with when all the women on a season like his would’ve absolutely clamored for his ass 💀 He remains probably the most popular contestant to come out of the Bachelorette, I’ll never forget the pearl clutching while watching him on his season 💀
We’re starting to see glimpses in the Natalie Nick relationship- maybe trouble in paradise, parenthood is hard …Joey and Kelsey probably have a better chance lol
The first caller... she will still marry the guy, but eventually these red flags will add up and she will get divorced. She will try to reconnect with the friend, but it won't be the same. Sad on all sides.
I’m with Natalie on the baby topic- I think if I just carried my baby and all people could talk about was that she looked my partner/my partners father, I’d be annoyed! Like how can people not relate to this possible feeling? Lmfaooo
Comment on the little text portion y’all do: this is why you don’t go to your friends to vent about your partner. They don’t see the daily positive interactions you have, and they really hang on to that negative. I don’t even really talk to my mom or sister about my spouse when we have arguments( or if I do, I’m VERY careful with what I say). My husband is in the family forever and I don’t want anyone to have a negative view of him. Go to your partner and express how you feel directly ❤
Maria it’s not the kind to do what someone tell her to do. She turned down and I’m not surprised. She’s too good for the franchise. Also she sends someone who lives everything very intense and that’s like one time experience kind of thing. Also how is Anyone surprised it’s Jen? They gave it away on the women tell all!
To the caller on this episode- I think your friend’s concerns may be rooted in some real things based on what you’ve said. I hope she’s wrong, but I worry for you 🥺❤️ I would take the advice you were given with a grain of salt! I think your boyfriend messaging your friend was maybe actually aggressive of him and he does owe her an apology. Sis hope you’re okay 🫣
I agree 😬 and I am not one to get in my friends business and assume the worst, but a 15 year friendship and her family is your family…. Just sounds odd.
I heard that all children expecialy little girls look like their father's when they first come out then I had my daughter and no joke she looked just like him she still does but in the first moments of her precious life I saw her dad's face
Evolutionarily, children tend to be born looking like the father. This is by design so that the man would feel bonded/know that the child was his and therefore stick around to provide for and care for the wife and child. This meant that the children were more fit to survive and more likely to go on to have children of their own, so this gene expression became evolutionarily advantageous and is therefore pretty common. But the mother's genes often start to express themselves more so later on, don't worry! It's a sign your child is evolutionarily evolved and its good that Nick feels so bonded to her! It's in her best interest. It will lead to more nurturing for her, which she deserves. It's a good thing!
“But, like, my little 7-week old daughter ….9 mos of me giving her my absolute (expletive) everything…and she ….” Omg. I’m sorry. I had to listen a second time. I thought I heard it wrong. I feel sad for this child. It shouldn’t matter. Sure we all are curious to see if our traits are reflected in them but this is extreme & I gotta say, a little disturbing.
Why did we have to sit through Natalie’s “criminal” record when she literally already talked about it on another episode; its like listening to some unknown persons life story like ok…cool
This podcast is losing its way…idk explain. I believe since Natalia started to show up things ended up chnahjfn a lot. The two girls that used to be at the podcast were FUNDAMENTAL! Now it’s so much changing and idk. I honest just watch for the guests!
The amount of times that Natalie so abruptly changes the subject, that has nothing to do with what they're talking about, to talk about herself. Every episode. Never fails.
The more seasons I watch of the Bachelor/Bachelorette the more it seems that the leads know fairly early on and it seems like a lot of wasted time with people they aren’t really interested in. Why not make more “cuts” early on (& I know for $ reasons ABC wants the show to be a certain # of weeks…) so they have more quality time with fewer people? And ya that whole “Fantasy Suite” thing seems soooo dicey 😂😂
OMG! I remember Nick making that comment about Joey’s hair. Nick needs to look in the mirror. I know a hair stylist in Atlanta, GA who could make major improvements in Nick’s hair style. His hair has bothered me forever!
@@BettyWhite117 He also called Joey "the people pleaser" and that he is less authentic just because he didnt eliminate one before rose ceremony at the that time. Interestingly, Joey eliminated Jess the following week before rose ceremony.
