I have the legendary commander on Halland and I am about to get the Advanced Radar skill. Too bad I wont have the Mist Weaver for this line but it should be fine. If anything, these boats will be quick.

Do you see how much your HE is full penning? That is ridiculous levels of pen for destroyer HE. They for sure gave it improved HE penetration compared to normal dds. This ship seems like it’s going to be among the strongest at the tier with the smoke + radar combo

with IFHE you can pen DDs quite consistently. Thank god I've already picked IFHE on Swirski, no respec-ing cost for me kek.
