Good video. We got this same model 28 months ago, and love it. Recently, it has developed a "whap, whap, whap" as the drum goes around. No change caught in the baffles. I've had the thing apart, in various stages, four times and can't find it.

our just staring making a noise, gonna have to wait until it gets worse to figure it out

Ours won't power up at all.
