Basically you told us how digital connected the mixer can be ( Cant wait to be hacked by a northkorean cyber regiment) but you told us NOTHING about capacities like max flour weight or max dough weight for bread! You know, important stuff! I doubt that the electronics will hold up to flour dust and vibrations over time. I can see myself waiting for the software specialist to show up after placing a service call because my mixer has shut down and does not reboot!😂
