GE Theater's production of "Clown," starring Henry Fonda, Dorothy Malone, Billy Barty and James Flavin. Hosted by Ronald Reagan. Based on the autobiography of Emmett Kelley.
Henry Fonda plays Emmett Kelly during Kelley's phase as a trapeze artist, along with his wife Eva. The film focuses on Kelley's development of his iconic "Weary Willie" clown character.

Love Ronald Reagan, God he was handsome. Like all the GE Theater shows. And none other than, the great ,Henry Fonda, wow, as Emmet love this !

Originally telecast on March 27, 1955; this is a May 13, 1956 repeat ["The Hat With the Roses", with Gisele MacKenzie, aired the following week, on May 20th].
