Yup! Almost exactly like mine! Noisy as all! Except a month after purchase while loading clothes the drum will move and make a clicking sound.(or like marbles tumbling) that sound does leave once the washer goes into the noisy cycles. My husband thinks it sounds like a barring btw.(being a auto mechanic) I don't know. I just know this is the worst piece of junk I've ever bought.😢 All I can say is it's better than nothing!
The sound you are hearing is more than likely change stuck between the tub and agitator. The newer washers are notorious for loose change getting down beside the agitator similar to a bad bearing noise.

I have this washer and all of a sudden it does not want to start. It lets me choose a mode but then locks and unlocks repeatedly like 5-6 times and never starts. The Pause light also stays blinking. Anyone know what might be wrong
