The caller towards the end about the NHS workers in cancer care was just a thinly veiled personal attack on Farage disguised as a question. Farage answered the question saying we would train more British doctors and nurses instead of importing them and the caller went into a ridiculous diatribe of abuse about leaving politics to the grown ups. Ridiculous caller who wasn't interested in an answer to the question at all.
