I can’t get it to hang on the wall for some reason? There is a small notch but it doesn’t extend all the way in...do you need to hang it on a nail/a specific hook?

I have one of these. Over 82"tv in my home theater. Powered bu USB cord from my TV. Battery holds time when TV is off. But it isn't accurate. Gains about a minute every 3-4 days so I have to keep resetting it. Which is a pain as I need a stepladder to do it. Also wish it could be dim all the time.

The battery only for clock memory, not for power up the device, you still need power adapter to turn on

Hi, I bought this clock and honestly I have no idea why my powerbank turns off itself 1 minute after I connect it with the clock. Do you have any idea why it's happening? I used another powerbank since I thought it might be something wrong with my old powerbank, but the thing is that nothing has changed. I don't really know what's going on and how to fix it, make it work :(
