Like others have said thanks so much for uploading this! Definitely the most informative deep dive I've found on gargoyles and it was great to learn multiple new things that nobody had covered before. :)
I was at a reptile expo in december where i saw a beautiful white with black almost marble looking gargoyle gecko and since then i have wantend one and i have been researching on then to see wat they need and what kinds of food i should give them so this helps a lot for me to find out how i should care for such a gecko and if i am ready for one so thank you

Nathan Leclercq In theory, almost any size enclosure could work as the long as the basic husbandry requirements are met. If you can maintain humidity, temperature, provide enough hiding places and vertical climbing areas. I think a gargoyle would do better in something smaller, imo. You could vertically convert that enclosure to make it more suitable for climbing.
I have a baby/juvie gargoyle gecko atm. He is in a 20 gal and hasn’t eaten yet..although I did just get him 3 days ago. I’m sorta worried, but is it normal for them not to eat when they first get here?
Hey I had the same thing happen make sure the enclosure is small and then paper towels to spot poop. So a thing you can do is in the afternoon time get a popsicle stick or something similar and offer the food paste close to the face and see if it eats. If it doesn't check for poops to see if it's eating. But don't really handle them for the first 2-3 weeks
@@x.kylee.m3956 it's sometimes hard to tell they have a pretty small stomach. Just keep leaving the food in there and slowly stop the spoon feeding and as long as he keeps pooping your good
