I just wanted to thank you so much!! June 21, 2023 I failed my math portion of the Hiset with an 6. I went on Saturday July 29th I passed with an 10! Graduate on Thursday with my high school diploma. Btw I'm 42 years young. It's never to late.🎓🎉

I watched this video like 5 times. First time, I didnt understand half of it. 2nd time I knew a little more. After studying and coming back, the 3rd time, I understood maybe 70%. I took a practice exam and got 143. I went back to the basics. Fractions, multiplication,percents and watched the video again and did all the problems again. Took my test yesterday and passed! I am now a highschool/ GED graduate! 7-22-22

I’m telling you ! It’s the way she teaches🤩 I don’t know what it is ? but I understand her perfectly !!😝when I go to other videos I simply don’t understand them. She makes me understand each question? using analyzation, focus mindset and encouragement, and she makes me think. I passed within three weeks of watching her videos!! it’s crazy! 😳 it’s a gift 💝

I passed all of the subjects ( practice & hiset ) except math. So today I’m going for my first shot at the math practice test. Your videos helped me with all other subjects, so I’m hoping for a good outcome! UPDATE : kinda late because I forgot to come back! But I passed every test and received my ged! This video has all the problems I studied for on the pre test. I’m sitting in my car outside the school re watching this before I take the test in 1 hour 😂 My last test to pass 🤞🤞🤞 learning to use the calculator was a big help. I believe I did very well. I have to wait a week for the results. Everything on this video was on the test! @@kevinlopez5447 yeah like 10 questions I used the calculator, but majority was problem solving math percentages, sq roots, perimeter and area. THERES HELLA ALGEBRA EXPONENTIAL PROBLEMS that’s the main ones. Finding what Xy is 😂 you got this bro I just learnt this thang and I passed barely. Study study study get it done and you ain’t never gotta do it again 😂 GL

Passed my test yesterday. This really helped but the hiset math test did have more of the "hard" questions than expected, so if you have the time make sure you go to those videos as well!

Yes I stayed at the end. My hiset math test is Saturday. This has got to be the hardest for me. But your video gave me some confidence. Along with my husband's advice and tutoring. I'm 41 and don't remember any of my highschool material since I got into a car wreck that caused my amnesia and lost all my memories of elementary school learning and so I'm starting off fresh. And it's the only test I've got left so I may graduate. Any tips would be most appreciated. Thanks again! Great video !

Unfortunately I didn't pass. I got the worse grade ever! A 4 of needed 8. The first time it was 6 so this was a major blow. But thank you for the confidence I received and for the inspiration to keep on trying.

Hi there. I did stay until the end. I am 47 years old and I will take the test in a few days. Thanks for making this video. I enjoyed it. I need to pass this test in order to become a Cal fire employee. But I have a severe learning disability when it comes to math. I have been trying and I will keep trying but numbers kind of get all crazy in my head. Your video was awesome. You are too cute.

I am fluent in English, but my first language is Spanish. And even though I understand everything you explain, it takes me a few minutes to process the exercise. I had anbcar accident where I was in a coma and after that it affected the way I process things, it takes me a little while. If it were in Spanish it would be much easier for me. I have been looking for classes in my area or online in Spanish and there is no one who offers Hiset Classes in Spanish. I only found one online channel, but it charges. $1,500 dollars for classes in Spanish. Horrible, my job doesn't pay me enough for me to be able to afford that. I will try your videos, although it is difficult for me due to my condition. Thank you for your videos, you explain very well, I am happy to read how many have managed to improve themselves and pass test. God bless you.

@@Yes-ht3fw Yeah, there are a lot of word problems just like the ones in the video. Make sure to know how to do graphs and slope. Know how to use your calculator also. Over half of my test I used the calculator for and it saved me.

Thank you for this video, passed my test. If anyone is curious a lot of these questions are very similar to the ones on the hiset. Just stay focused and study at least and hour a day. If youre a week away from your test study 3 hours a day. Good luck.

Also when I took it it has 55 questions and you have 90 min to take it. You only need to get half of them right.

I was nervous about math and writing before I found this, thank you! Don't stress fam like it's a just a test I'd recommend learning how to master how to decipher the questions and how to use the calculator online/or Given depending where you take it and yea

Some of these questions are very poorly designed and [intentionally] create confusion. Example: 11 and 12. For 11 you have to use a fraction, which is division, to solve for the variable. In 12 you have to be able to read the mind of the author. Even so, your videos are a valuable study aid.

I'm confused on 13. C looks right to me because 10 * x = 1 meter, 100 * y = 1 meter and 1000 * z = 1 meter. With A, these are all division problems where neither of them = 1 meter

Sorry, but at 1:13:07 you got confused. Basketball was never an option (it's baseball)! Therefore 0 is the probability that someone plays basketball! 😇 49 and 50 should give km^2 respectively cm^2. Alternatively you could also calculate the whole era and subtract the difference. 🤔
