I think the mage said "nice" because he was temporarily saved from death via gytha's middle pip getting poisoned away by another character dying and moving her target to another hero, then sandstorm damage got calculated and everyone was dying anyway

What is good about housecat? 3 blanks and low damage mid to end game, I must be missing something?

he doesn't level up which means that you get to go into the level 4 generated characters and potentially highroll

Housecat's die is mid for a T1, but you don't have to worry about the other shitters in T2/T3 green and you effectively get 2 skips on character selection.

In unfair specifically, you can force a specific t3 if you really want one, or just take two skips throughout the entire game. Just helps reduce inconsistency a lot. Tier 4 generates are pretty much always unclickable, so Housecat isn't too great for that part.

I don’t play this game, but I think it’s because a lot of other greens won’t benefit a magical team very much, but with housecat you get more level-ups on on the heroes that matter
