Aheh mini PC seem still not very much a norm nowadays because of some limitations...though I only play classic Warcraft 3 TFT (DotA 1, YouTD), so might consider bought one just for the sake of silent and compact operation.

@GadgetryTech Love the informative video. Im still confuse on which one to get. Which one in your opinion will be great for audio engineering? the requirements is 8 cores and above, 32 gb of ram and a high Ghz of 3.5 and above? I had system overload problem with my last pc.
The storage performance and pixel peeping on streaming capture are interesting aspects of this review that I have not seen done in other mini-PC reviews. Thank you for the review!
Thanks! I normally don’t cover mini PCs so I wanted to have my own take and try to showcase some real world differences I observed. If you are looking for other specifics in potential future videos let me know!
I know these low power CPUs shouldn't be affected but I'm hesitant to buy the Intel config just due to the way they are handling their current CPU failing troubles.
I totally get it. I filmed a lot of this prior that coming to light and yeah it doesn't feel great. I usually clamp power anyway, as those peaks don't mean much in every day use. My 13900K hasn't had any issues but I run it with the 240w clamp since I received it
Thanks for the comparison ! ---- I was wondering what the memory configuration was on the Intel XT Model ? Is there two 16GB sticks or a single 32GB stick? --- How many Memory Slots? Does it come with any slots empty? ---- I would like to upgrade to 64GB from the 32GB. --- So, how would I go about this?
Mac will be a bit more power efficient and more quiet. These have a lot more flexibility with software and tools though, so it depends how far you want to take things.
Can you review the HyperX Cloud II Core Wireless please? Because literally no one seems to talk about it - only the first version of the Core model. And I have no idea why. Where I'm from its currently the same price as the Cloud II Wireless. The only difference I know base on spec is that it runs at 80hr batt life and is only compatible for PC. But sound wise, as well as mic quality, I hear zero opinions
