This tutorial is so relaxing and filled with excellent techniques using only a minimal of colors. I love the drama you created by simply adding light and dark shadows but at the same time keeping the painting humorous and fun. I can’t wait to give it a try. Tried once, and then thought I would try it again. Hoping to have different results. They looked remarkably the same…I learned the little mistakes were just that…little. They are still the funny geese with flashy feet! Thanks for sharing! Linda

My best secret to share with you is to "Not be critical of your geese." They won't look exactly like his, but so what? No two geese are alike. Watercolor is very forgiving and fun to work with because watercolor paint is loose on it's own. I hope you have fun!

this was a bit too difficult for me. I did copy a cottage....that seems to be my speed now. but I so dig your style. I aspire to find my own with a tint of whimsy some day, I have to practice my sketching and mixing too, tnanks for sharing your works and methods.
