I love the Gelly Rolls!! I also grew up in the 90s and they were my favorite gel pens to use with black paper (I had a ton of notebooks back then... and still do)! I'd love to get a Blackout Book!!
This is the most incredible planner I’ve ever seen! I’ve been obsessed with black paper journals since I was a kid and this video is amazing I’ve struggled to find great gel pens for the paper and dang I need this book.

I love love love love LOVE your journals! The paper quality saved me a lot of pain! In my first bullet journal I had to glue two pages together to prevent bleeding, so it has made a big, time-saving difference! Thanks for your great product!

So excited for this video! I'm using a regular archer&olive for this year's bullet journal and I love watercoloring in it. I'm definitely going to go for the blackout book for next year though so I'll start my gel pen shopping list XD The 90s kid in me is also ridiculously excited

I'm so glad you did a smear test, it's an issue I run into a lot with black-paper-friendly inks. Do you have any sense of how long the shadow pens would need to dry before they don't smear?

I love the way the colors pop on the black our notebook and it opens up a whole new realm to bullet journaling. Without bullet journaling I could not get through University with all the responsibilities I have to juggle. I would love to transition to the Black Out Archer & Olive notebook because it’s so beautiful 😍😍

I love the black out book, I was teaching in the 90s when gel pens became popular. A lot of teachers hated them and would not let students use them in their class. I loved them and so did my students so the only rule in my class was that it had to be a color that was dark enough for me to read on the paper. I enjoyed grading their work in all the beautiful colors.
OMG, you read my soul! I have been playing with black paper for the last couple months and was going to make my own art journal with black 110# cardstock but you did it for me🎉🎉🎉. I did my own pen test the last few months and decided on the Moonlight GellyRolls for black backgrounds. FYI, FineTech metallic watercolors are the bomb on black paper too!😁
What a unique journal! ✨ As someone who loves anything that is super out of the box I truly adore this especially with the bright colors of the gel pens! I would love a black out book to use gell pens on! I really like how my one white gell pen looks on black coloured things in my bullet journal. This looks so good!
