I love gelato I'm in Missouri no good places for it. I'm going try it, gelato so much better than ice cream. When I was in Puerto Rico the only place was Anita's Gelato very good my name is Anita so I'm have been wanting to make but I thought I need gelato machine but you're Italian you know better than us. Unfortunately it didn't work for me. After 5 hours, the texture was good and very tasty. After leaving it in over night, it is an ice block with crystal bits in it - have to throw it away. A pity@@justanothergrunt9053

Hello Pasquale, when I was child both of my grandparents were Italy 🇮🇹 and my grandfather would make Lemon Ice and put it metal ice cube trays, and used a sharped metal spoon 🥄 to scoop out the lemon ice and put it a bowl with pieces of fresh Italian bread 🥖.
