Gelid Spear - A FFXIV VFX Mod 

Hey everyone, as VFXEditor is now back up, I will be able to commence with updates for my mod packs. The plan will be to update in two phases: -DT Update 1 will focus on amending existing vfx as they are by Level 90 as some skills have been rendered obsolete/ modified by the job changes. -DT Update 2 will focus on adding customized vfx to skills from Level 92 to 100 where applicable. Update 1 will be coming soon for both "The Flame of Promise" and "Gelid Spear", an announcement will be made when its done. I cannot overstate how much I love that you kept the initial animations for the character while just changing the VFX surrounding it, keeps the flow of the initial while making it fresh without any weird janky changes between returning to idle stances. Spectacular mod, this is gonna get me to play DRG again.

How I wish FF14 would allow us this in-game to allow players to have more variety. They don't really need to change the numbers for damage just the effects. Imagine having different skill effect variations for all the classes.

Heya, this is the mod developer for the Glacial Dragoon mod! I love to see this sort of theme expanded upon! You've given me some great inspiration for when I decide to update it for Dawntrail and fix a few visual bugs, ahah. Amazing work.

My WoL is ALL about Ice-Themes. I don't play Dragoon but maybe one day I'll come back to this!

Nastrond looks a little disappointing. Maybe make ice spikes erupt from the ground too? Otherwise the rest of the abilities looked great. Good job dude.

OH MY GOODNESS. Words can't express how AMAZING this is!!!! My WoL is a frosty dragoon and Ysayle is my favourite character so this is just so specifically everything I could ever want! I am absolutely going to get this when Dawntrail comes out. Question, do you plan to make the limit break icy too? You should be proud of yourself this is so awesome!!! :D

My only issue with this (and it's not even an issue tbh) is that the Ala Morn animation imo goes way too hard for Vorpal Thrust lol.
