Alan wallace cercena la verdadera meditacion samatha ,nadie niega su sabiduria es solo inteligencia, se olvida del Samatha que practico el propio Buddha el solo defiende lo tibetano, la meditacion mahamudra es muy complicada no se puede apreder de un video. La meditacion primigenia Samatha pertenece al Buddhismo Theravada y como dije Wallace, no la tien en cuenta, el habla bajo el punto de vista del Budismo temprano del Budismo dle norte. Pero no se remonta a el Buddhismo primigenio Theravada y la meditacion Samatha y Vipassana. Por favor chicos si escribien en español pongan intructivos en español hay muchos y buenos me extraña el autor, de esta pagina que e sbuena. Sadhu...Sadhu...Sadhu
