Taxi lights are in the wing roots on the Max and some -800 with LED landing lights. No longer on nosewheel

I pre-ordered the new 787 Emirates 1:400 scale from EZ-TOYS same with this model 1:400, I'm in love with the southwest livery and the 737max is my second fave plane

I have a similar Gemini200 Southwest 737 model in the Missouri One livery; I do agree that the stand in the video is poorly made, as this would easily break when I would put the model on the stand; other than that, that SWA 737 MAX 8 model looks awesome!

Gemini Jets really need to get a clue. They receive many complaints to include their narrowbody stand with these models but they still stick with the 3 piece stand.

I have some with tripod stand & some come with wood but I don't bother with them & leave in box, I rather leave gear down to display.

I have one myself and it's a very beautiful model. I love that these Max models have spinning blades.

They are beautiful and to now have seen them in real life during my trip to USA and Canada, I love them even more and will be buying more models of them.

I was supposed to be on an Air Canada from Toronto to Vancouver but we got a last minute change to an A321, unfortunately. Even though my holiday was great, I've had a string of bad luck when it came to aircraft and plane spotting.

I live under the approach to BUR which is a pretty active Southwest hub. But alas, it's a daily stream of nothing but 737-700s. Hope to see the SW Max at LAX when I'm out there next.

@@schneegeist yeah, same thing here. I live near LaGuardia Airport in NYC and all I see are non heavies like the A320 family, the B737, 738, 739s with a few Maxes, and other smaller regional jets

Great Model Review as always Mijit HD!I have a suggestion concerning the Model Stand that came with the Model?If you have a JC Wings B737-MAX8 model that doesn't have the information on the Model stand or the United Airlines B727-200 from Gemini Jets, You can use an Alternative Model stand for this Particular Aircraft Model and you're right, Those Tripod Stands are totally Garbage so I use those instead and it makes a big difference!

Thank you! Yeah, that's true. I've actually been meaning to purchase a few narrowbody Gemini Jets wooden base stands because I am so fed up with the 3 piece stands.

I have both Icelandair and Southwest max from gemini and defo agree about the stand issue i also have a Oman Air 737 max from jc wings and that one comes with a better stand great review as always

Great review. I had a 737 fall off the tripod stand as it collapsed under its own weight. Some pretty bad damage. In re: the gear, from what I can tell, all the Gemini Maxs have permanent gear. I'm ambivalent about that as 99% of my models are displayed gear down.

Thank you! So far, the MAX's only come in gear down configuration. I hope the do what they started to do with the NG's, that is have magnetic landing gears.

I was sad to see that Gemini discontinued the 737-700 and 737-800 Southwest models. I have flown these too many times to count, but never have been on a MAX 8 with Southwest. I really want the 700/800 series, but can’t find them anywhere.
