You’ve helped me a lot I recently got the umbrella corporation M4 bundle I really liked your showcase you gave on that bundle ,so I got it,thanks a lot
And I just want to say thank you so much for posting such amazing content. It is very fun to watch and I really hope you keep going. I think I’ve seen about all your videos now lol
For it to be a suppressor it has to be able to reasonable be used to suppressed sound. This could def screw on the end of a gun and probably would dampen some amount of sound depending on the caliber, so yeah dead dogs and felonies all around
Yep, the new reading of the rules, theu want to ban all sorts of things, hell if it can attach to your gun and is a tube, will be considered an item worthy of being a supressor in the making. Though I haven't had an airsoft suppressor in a long time, but pretty sure they have different sized threads in mms so they can'tpass back and forth.@TG-om1ue
It'd melt quite quickly, you're better off rolling up a blanket, then tightening the shit out of it, put it on the end of a rifle, preferably a 22lr, and a bolt action for it to be quieter so the bolt can be manually pulled back not added extra noise through the action or gas escaping through the port. And call it a day. Or just pay the tax stamp register the suppressor to yourself, and they've been approving them faster than SBRing your pistol or rifle. Which has been around a month.
@caboose8110 carbon fiber is usually expensive so that's why I said this seems like a good deal. But hey if you want to pay $10 dollars for a DIY water bottle supresser go ahead. The thing about a bottle supresser is it will probably brake often and you will end up paying 40 bucks anyways
Usually its just a way for companies to make their inflated prices seem "normal." However, when you compare the price here to other suppressors on the market that are not just a cheap aluminum tube with no foam, ours is usually the exact same! Plus, you get a unique lightweight suppressor with foam and a replaceable front end cap for those who like to keep the orange/red tip (:
Most airsoft suppressors are around $100, this is a really good deal. Youre not alone, I wish i could buy more airsoft stuff but I'm more often than not broke...
For your next cheep pistol review, use the army armament R31C. It is a green gas gbb pistol for around £80. I myself use it and it works perfectly. It is also allegedly compatable with - Tokyo Marui No.18 M1911 A1 26rnd Gas Magazine
I'm old now but back when airsoft was first becoming a thing, I had a mock suppressor like this and had foam in it. Some fud was trying to tell me that it was in violation of the NFA even if it's for airsoft 😒 like yeah ok bro nevermind the fact that some pellet guns at Academy have integral suporessors
hear me out, get one of those used rolls of paper towel get some foam packing and cut calendars out of it get a proportionally sized spring, and combine them. all that's left is custom paint and attach it to your gun.
The end caps are aluminum. If you mean you need to shorten the tube, you cut the first few layers of cf with a clean, sharp pipe cutter, then Dremel it a little outside the line and sand it back to the line. Remove the threaded end cap adaptor from the waste end of the tube. You'll probably have to burn off the carbon fiber with a torch. Then you just have to cut in the seat inside the tube end and epoxy it in.
@@Pipizzakitchen nah sadly the sides I gotta dremmel, got 2 metal suppressors and managed to take away just enough material to thread them on, got some matte spray paint to cover it and it covered the work well
I don’t play Airsoft (UK options for guns and arenas suuuuck), but i don’t get how buying something with a spring and some sponges (that has CF that looks like a sticker) should set you back $40. If I’m wrong lmk why, let’s conversate!
A common misconception people have when pricing products is only looking at the raw materials. Custom size moulded and then cut 3K twill threaded carbon fiber tubes aren’t cheap. Carbon fiber wears down pretty much everything when cutting - I mean it’s pure carbon. Our carbon doesn’t look like a sticker - it’s just a matte finish versus the glossy you’re probably used to. (Glossy looks cheap and weird on guns) Anodised 7075 T6 aluminum isn’t crazy expensive, but it adds up when you factor in complex machining like our spiral design. Then, you still have a TON of other aspects to properly price a product. The time spent in CAD making the products (long long time ensuring proper fitment and machinability), shipping to our facility, time spent hand building and quality checking every single suppressor, packaging costs like the box, laser cut foam, custom padded envelopes. Shipping labels alone are $5-8 and we offer free shipping on every order, custom grade & sized acoustic foam, custom sized alignment springs, impact resistant adhesives, and of course we have to turn some sort of profit to have the incredible amount of time spent on this process be worth it! After all, no business stays in business without profit; of course we’re no different. Hope that helps :)
@@MinnesotaAirsoft certainly does! If I was in the US (let alone Minnesota) I’d dig deeper into all of this stuff. I use Airsoft guns for filming, thanks to Freddiew’s old videos as inspiration. They’re antiques now, and it’s rare to find good stuff to film with, without it being so expensive here, THATS why the suppressors always look so shoddy to me. This seemed no different, but it seems it is. If it makes a difference to peoples games (or looks good) people should get it. Thankyou for explaining!

So just a run of foam to silence a weapon for 40 bucks. You could get a run of foam like that for barely 5 bucks and jury rig a silencer basically the exact same
