Bigirwa is such an interesting lad...Love his ideas but they tend to be so ideal...Practically they work but other factors have to remain constant like the regional concept presupposes that Museveni and his machinery will just look on as you carry out your activities ... I just wish you get the Kamuli Municipality seat...
You are making the assumption that Museveni and his machinery are a permanent and everlasting fixture. Change is part and parcel of the course of life. That is inevitable.

Mr. Kwezi, most of us in diaspora are out of touch with reality with political issues in Uganda, especially with the opposition. Our current opposition, in my opinion, is a business venture.
