Its always prudent to clean all the roads before you retire so that you get the smooth landing, Gen Tinyefuza his tough speech may lot didn't change anything or make contribution in strengthening his legacy in NRA and updf where he served for a long time. That was an excellent and respectful speech by General Sejusa. That meant that you accept somebody for who they are, even when they're different from you or you don't agree with them which builds trust, safety and well being.
