Hey Jacob. I have been watching you for years and finally made it to Tokyo. It's so so so good. I am falling in love. I see why you are here. I cry tears of joy almost every day walking the streets. It's amazing and so livable. Are you performing anywhere live? I would love to see you. Also, Gen Hoshino and HIGEDANdism are my favorite original groups here and anything you do a variation on I will love! Much respect.
I just started playing the piano and this is so inspirational! I love that song and your arrangement is amazing and full of energy, I can't believe you have only like 100k views, more people should listen to this great piece! I'll practice hard so I can buy and play your arrangements one day!
the choreography of this sing is also really popular and great, so now I rly want to try to make the jazz ver choreography with this piano😭 sorry for my poor English :(
Fantastic as usual. I have been wondering, how would you approach improving general technique, Hanon, jazz scales (if so which resource), etc? But outwardly do you have any recommendations to become crisper and more fluid during a performance? Best, Shane
Thank you! All of the above are good but speed and accuracy comes slowly with lots of focused practice. Any practice where you are completely engaged and having to use your ears and musicality as well as your muscles will have a much bigger impact than mindless routine scale practice. In other words is not what you practice but how you practice it.
Hello! Always great videos from your channel! I'd like to order the Jazz Piano Japan sheet music book but I wonder if it can be shipped to Canada... anyways keep up your great work👍
@@JacobKollerMusic Hey Jacob, are you still working on that book of sheet music on Jazz Classics? Alternatively, do you have an arrangement of Take The A Train I can find? Thanks.
