I'd disagree with that. Keane has been right on so many issues and wrong on very few. It is sad that he has declined higher positions within every administration that's been elected. Though his 1st wife's chronic illness played a large role in Keane's decisions to decline. To me, Jack Keane is a man that knows his limitations, and doesn't try to insert himself into policies he's unfamiliar with.
