Aside from the fact that this gentleman is a dictator, I appreciate the meaning he gives to his family and the quality of a good education for his children. However, how many Ugandan ordinary families has he decimated, and if he could help his citizens have strong, united, and well-educated families? That could be great. He is smiling and celebrating with his precious kids and friends alongside a population whose family bases are decimated by poverty, insecurity, and fear of tomorrow. Vanity of vanities. @lilask2667 President Museveni is a leader, not a dictator! There is no universal law that says the so called Western democracy is the only way to rule. Africans, especially Uganda, had their own way of fovernment. Peace, I say is better than democracy! The instabilities and painful history of coups and counter coups during those "democratic" governments... Before Museveni did the right thing. Peace since then. A dictatorship is a government or a social situation where one person makes all the rules and decisions without input from anyone else. Dictatorship implies absolute power - one person who takes control - of a political situation, a family, a classroom or even a camping expedition. In government, a dictatorship leaves no room for input from anyone who is not the top guy or gal.

It's a Devinely appointed mandate and duty to serve others unfortunate than us. That contagious same spirit needs to cascade Northwwards, Southwards, Eastwards and Westwards overflowing unstoppable to all Ugandans and beyond irrespective of what clan one belongs to. It's the right indistinguishable zealously burning spirit, sealed and hidden within; the embodiment of Love, that needs to spread like wild fire worldwide as a service to those we are related and not related to us thru out the mankind's confines.
