Gen Rwivanga: RDF strives to be a transformational army 

On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Rwanda’s liberation, Brig Gen Ronald Rwivanga, the Rwanda Defence Force (RDF) Spokesperson, spoke to The New Times about what the 30 years of reconstruction mean for the country. Rwivanga explained the achievements made since 1994, the formation of the RDF, the military's contribution to Rwanda’s socioeconomic transformation after the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi, and RDF’s peace operations in foreign countries.
